The display case must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating devices. It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight, air currents from air conditioners, fans, and heaters.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
After starting the unit and reaching the required temperature, load the display case with products that have been pre-cooled to the temperature of the usable volume.
The height of the products on display should be no more than 150 mm on the bottom tray and no more than 100 mm on the shelves.
Please note that the load on the wire shelf should not exceed:
0.7 -8 kg
0.9 11 kg
1.2 14 kg
It is forbidden to block the air ducts.
Failure to comply with these requirements will disrupt air circulation and impair the performance of the product, which may lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
