The CUBE STANDARD series of confectionery display cases features:
- Stylish cubic design; stable temperature control thanks to double glazing;
- efficient use of space in cafes, bars, and stores of any size;
- a variety of models, from counter service to self-service;
- a range of color options; LED lighting on each shelf;
- protective stainless steel posts covering the double-glazed window joints.
INSTALLATION of VM open display cases, VV:
The display case must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating devices. Do not operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight or air currents from air conditioners, fans, or heaters.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
After starting the unit and reaching the required temperature, load the display case with products that have been pre-cooled to the temperature of the usable volume, placing them evenly on the trays. The height of the products on display should not exceed 150 mm.
The load on the glass shelf should not exceed 3 kg per running meter of distributed load.
Do not block the air ducts.
Failure to comply with these requirements will disrupt air circulation and impair the performance of the product, which may result in food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
