Main features:
The display case must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating devices. It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight or air currents from air conditioners, fans, and heaters.
The clearance between the back wall of the display case and the wall of the room must be at least 0.25 m.
PROVIDE FOR THE CONNECTION OF THE EVAPORATION TRAY OVERFLOW TO THE GENERAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE ROOM!
It is necessary to load the display case with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the usable volume, placing them evenly on the shelves.
The load on the shelf should not exceed: 10 kg - 0.6; 13 kg - 0.7; 19 kg - 1.0; 25 kg - 1.3; 18 kg - 1.9; 25 kg - 2.5.
It is forbidden to block the air ducts.
Failure to comply with these requirements will disrupt air circulation and impair the performance of the product, which may result in food spoilage.
Condensation may form on the display case in rainy or humid weather. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
