Main features:
The display case must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating devices. It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight or air currents from air conditioners, fans, and heaters.
The clearance between the back wall of the display case and the wall of the room must be at least 0.25 m.
PROVIDE FOR THE CONNECTION OF THE EVAPORATION TRAY OVERFLOW TO THE GENERAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE ROOM!
The display case must be loaded with products that have been pre-cooled to the temperature of the usable volume, placing them evenly on the shelves.
The load on the shelf must not exceed: 200 kg/sq. m.
Do not block the air ducts.
Failure to comply with these requirements will disrupt air circulation and impair the performance of the product, which may result in food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
