The display case should be installed no closer than 2 m from heating appliances. It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.
The clearance between the back wall of the display case and the wall of the room must be at least 0.25 m.
PROVIDE FOR THE OUTPUT OF THE EVAPORATORY BATH OVERFLOW INTO THE COMMON DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE PREMISES!
It is necessary to load the display case with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the useful volume, placing them evenly on the shelves.
Load on the grid shelf no more than: 19kg - 1.0; 25kg - 1.3.
Do not block the air ducts.
If the requirements are not met, air circulation is disrupted, the performance characteristics of the product deteriorate, which can lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
