DISPLAY CASE INSTALLATION:
The display case must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating devices. Do not operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight or air currents from air conditioners, fans, or heaters.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
After starting the unit and reaching the required temperature, load the display case with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the usable volume, placing them evenly on the trays. The height of the products on display should not exceed 150 mm. The load on the glass shelf should not exceed 3 kg per running meter of distributed load.
It is forbidden to block the air ducts.
Failure to comply with these requirements will disrupt air circulation and impair the performance of the product, which may lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
