Refrigerated cabinets with metal doors are reliable, multifunctional cabinets designed for storing and selling chilled or frozen food and beverages in trade and catering establishments.
The cabinet must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating appliances. It is prohibited to operate the cabinet when it is exposed to direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.
The cabinet is loaded with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the useful volume, evenly placing them on the shelves. The distance from the food to the cabinet walls must be at least 40 mm.
The load on the grid is no more than 20 kg.
It is forbidden to block the air ducts. If the requirements are not met, air circulation is disrupted, the performance characteristics of the product deteriorate, which can lead to food spoilage.
SOME PARTS OF THE CABINET HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
PROVIDE FOR WATER DRAIN AFTER EVAPORATOR DEFROST TO THE GENERAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE PREMISES!
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may occur. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the cabinet with a soft cloth from time to time.
