Carboma PRO with medium humidity control
Main features:
CARBOMA PRO refrigerated cabinets with medium humidity control are ideal for storing and displaying deli items, cheeses and meats.
Cabinets prevent food from drying out and losing weight. They can be installed in any premises and do not require special preparation for water supply. Suitable for the production of ham, sausages, aging meat and cheese.
The cabinet must be installed no closer than 2 m from heating appliances. It is prohibited to operate the cabinet when it is exposed to direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.
SOME PARTS OF THE CABINET HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
PROVIDE FOR WATER DRAIN AFTER EVAPORATOR DEFROST TO THE GENERAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE PREMISES!
Before putting the product into operation, it is necessary to fill 2/3 of the gastronorm container at the bottom of the cabinet with clean cold water and add it after evaporation.
ATTENTION! Humidity in the cabinet is not maintained when the gastronorm container is empty!
The left controller is responsible for maintaining humidity, and the right one is responsible for maintaining the temperature in the product. At the enterprise, the cabinet is set to a temperature of +3°C and a humidity of 65%. The consumer can set the required temperature and humidity in the internal volume by setting it on the controller display.
ATTENTION! The product is equipped with a bactericidal lamp; it is turned on by a key switch on the cabinet panel. We recommend periodically processing the cabinet volume.
After starting the unit, and when the required temperature and humidity are reached, load the cabinet with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the useful volume, evenly placing them on the shelves. The distance from the products to the back wall of the cabinet is at least 40 mm. The load on the shelf is no more than 20 kg. Suspension load - no more than 20 kg
Do not block the air ducts.
If the requirements are not met, air circulation is disrupted, the performance characteristics of the product deteriorate, which can lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may occur. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the cabinet with a soft cloth from time to time.

1) 0430 (case inside is stainless steel, outside case is stainless steel),
2) 9005 (case inside is stainless steel, outside case is painted black steel)
