INSTALLING a refrigerated display case:
The display case should be installed no closer than 2 m from heating appliances. It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
After starting the unit, and when the required temperature is reached, load the display case with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the useful volume.
The height of display of products for display should be no more than 150 mm on the bottom tray and no more than 100 mm on the shelves.
Attention, the load on the grid shelf is no more than:
0.7 upper-8 kg; lower-12 kg
0.9 top-11; lower-16 kg
1.2 upper - 14 kg; lower-21 kg
Do not block the air ducts.
If the requirements are not met, air circulation is disrupted, the performance characteristics of the product deteriorate, which can lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
INSTALLING a thermal display:
The display must be installed at least 1 m from flammable materials.
It is prohibited to operate the display cabinet if it is exposed to air flows from air conditioners or fans.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
The shelf temperature is not adjustable.
Load the display case with products, evenly placing them on the shelves. The load on the shelf is no more than 3 kg per linear meter of distributed load.
Use a metal tray to display products that do not require heating.
ATTENTION! All work carried out must be carried out only after disconnecting the display case from the power supply.
