Showcases A87 (Argo)
Main features:
Tabletop display cases A87 (ARGO) are widely popular and indispensable equipment for small retail businesses and catering establishments.
The display case should be installed no closer than 2 m from heating appliances. It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.
The temperature in the useful volume of the display case is adjusted by setting the temperature controller - the thermostat.
It is not recommended to set the thermostat to the “maximum” position to avoid continuous operation of the compressor and fogging of the windows. In case of excessive growth of “fur coat” on the evaporator caused by high air humidity or inappropriate operation (overload with wet products), the evaporator should be cleared of ice by disconnecting the product from the mains until it is completely defrosted, and remove the shutters. Melt water is collected in a special tray and should be systematically removed from there.
After starting the product, and when the required temperature is reached, load the display case with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the useful volume, arranging them evenly. The height of display of products for display should be no more than 150 mm, and the distance to the perimeter fence of the display case should be no less than 40 mm.
ATTENTION! Use a glass shelf to display products that do not require refrigeration.
The load on the shelf is no more than 3 kg per linear meter of distributed load.
Do not block the air ducts.
If the requirements are not met, air circulation is disrupted, the performance characteristics of the product deteriorate, which can lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
