AC38 (AZHA Sushi)

Tabletop display AC38 AZHA Sushi for displaying and selling Japanese cuisine: sushi, rolls, sashimi and ingredients. Its small size allows it to be placed on a bar counter or in the checkout area.

The display case should be installed no closer than 2 m from heating appliances.
It is prohibited to operate the display case if it is exposed to direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.

SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT MUST BE REMOVED.

There is no temperature control in the usable volume. The product operates in continuous mode so that the snow coat on the evaporator does not thaw. After the product has been in use for a day, it must be turned off and defrosted, having first removed the food from the display case.

After starting the unit, and when the required temperature is reached, load the display case with products pre-cooled to the temperature of the useful volume.

We recommend using gastronorm containers for displaying and storing food. The height of product display should be no more than 50 mm.

Do not block the air ducts.
If the requirements are not met, air circulation is disrupted, the performance characteristics of the product deteriorate, which can lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or humid weather, condensation may form on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.
