INSTALLATION THE SM showcase:
The display case should be installed no closer than 2 m from heating devices. It is forbidden to operate the display case when it is under direct sunlight, air flows from air conditioners, fans and heaters.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
After launching the unit, and when the required temperature is reached, load the showcase with preliminary cooled to the temperature of the useful volume products.
We recommend using gastro capacities for demonstration and storage of products. The height of the product layout should be no more than 50 mm.
Attention! Use the glass shelf for laying out products that do not require cooling.
The load on shelf should not be more than 3 kg per linear meter of distributed load.
It is forbidden to block the airways. If the requirements are not complied, the air circulation would be disrupted, the product operation characteristcs would deteriorate that can lead to food spoilage.
In rainy or wet weather, condensation may appear on the display case. This is not a malfunction. In this case, wipe the display case with a soft cloth from time to time.

INSTALLATION of the SH showcase (thermal):
The display case must be installed at least 1 m away from flammable materials.
It is forbidden to operate the display case when air flows from air conditioners, fans get on it.
SOME PARTS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COATING (FILM) THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
The temperature is regulated by the thermostat, the leftmost position means the showcase is turned off.
Load the showcase with products, evenly placing them in the gastro containers, the height of the products display should be no more than 50 mm.
